We have been in business for over 3 years at this location.
What is your primary product or service?
Top quality vehicle repairs and preowned auto sales direct from auction.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The business is locally owned and operated. The family has been in the auto service business for over 50 years, in Jacksonville! We work to uphold the principles and standards set forth by our founding family. We have aquired some of the best personnel and equipment in the buisness to service any make or model and we take pride in our work.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We care. Plain and simple. We are your dealer alternative repair facility. When we perform a service on your vehicle, You will leave knowing that the repair was done correctly and at a great price. We act as if we are working on our family's vehicle because thats what you are is family.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently we are located at the corner of University and Atlantic. We do plan on rapid expansion very soon by possibly opening 3 other locations around Jacksonville.

Currently we are located at the corner of University and Atlantic in Arlington.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment such as credit cards (visa mastercard amex and discover,cash,checks(with limitations), and Napa cards as well.We do not offer any in-house financing.
Which areas do you service?
All of Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
John Hedquist is the owner and James Kotula is the General Manager and both are here at your service.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Mon-Fri 7am til 6pm and on Saturdays 7 til 2.

We instill in our technicians "If it is not right for your Mother's car, it is not right for our customers car.Do it right the first time" Isaiah 55:11 So is my word that goes out from mouth: It will not return to me empty or null or void,but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I send it.
